BW 52 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bw 52 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Deposits are credited to your bw 52 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact bw 52 support with your transaction reference number.

bw 52 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bw 52 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bw 52 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one bw 52 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use bw 52 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bw 52 staff or other players through any communication channel.

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• An account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In cases of termination due to a breach of Terms, bw 52 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

bw 52 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw 52 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own error, including incorrect payment details or accidental bets.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits bw 52's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bw 52 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bw-52.app/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. If you continue to use bw 52 after updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
